Another Stamping 411 Challenge...

This is something more along the lines of what I was thinking when I first saw Stamping 411's weekly challenge. I wanted to use my trendy trees set, a set I fell in love with immediately. I wasn't sure about what I wanted to do with it, but then my friend was recognized for a pretty big honor in his field (national recognition, one of 12 people... pretty cool), and I wanted to send him a congratulations card. That's when the ideas really started flowing. I made the tree in the center bigger and the ink darker than the other trees (for those, I stamped off once before stamping them on the whisper white). Inside, I will be writing how he is a "stand out" in his field. The paper colors are bashful blue, pumpkin pie, and old olive. The designer series paper is a retired one (the set that had the cherries and the apples in it). The sentiment comes from perfect punches in the new catalog.

I needed a dude card. This fits the bill perfectly.

Thanks for looking...
