'Tis the Season, Challenge 36, A Color Challenge

Here is my answer to the the Color Challenge issued over on 'Tis the Season this week.  The colors looked to be Garden Green, Early Espresso, Whisper White, and a neutral of choice, and my choice was Crumb Cake.

This is what I came up with.  CAS.  All the way.  I love how easy this came together, and the simple, clean look of it.

Baby Cards C.A.S.E.

I think a few years ago, I pulled a page from a Stampin' Success magazine.  That page has been hanging around, waiting for me to do something with it.  This weekend I finally did.  Yeah!  I'm so happy with how these turned out.  I created my own DSP with various animals.  I did follow the sample from the magazine, but mine is a bit different (of course). One of these will be perfect for a baby shower I have next weekend!

Learning to Use the Butterflies Thinlits Dies

Thanks for looking!

This is the first card I created with my new butterflies thinlit dies.  I figured out that I need a bit of a shim on my bigshot to full make all the cuts in the big butterfly.  I didn't want to waste the blue butterfly I made at first, so I put it under the big white butterfly.  Then I added a layer of sparkle with the dazzling diamonds.

'Tis the Season, a Picture Challenge

I'm good at getting my cards to the 'Tis the Season blog, but not so good at posting my cards to my blog!  I guess it's good to know what I need to work on. I am determined to do better.

Here is my take on the 'Tis the Season challenge number 35.

I focused on those multi-colored trees, snow, and big pearl looking ornaments.
