I have to admit, this is the first idea that popped into my head when I saw this week's challenge over on the Friday Mashup. I wondered why none of the ladies used butterflies. I mean, that is what this sketch screamed to me when I saw it. Then I read the description... masculine card.
I usually try to do the Mashup on this challenge, and I did do one that is a mashup of the two, but I had to make this card (and I have one more, too). I love this card! I love the DSP, by far my most favorite!
I popped up the butterflies using stampin' dimensionals.
I am so proud of this card, but not as proud as I am of the next one so come back!
Thanks for looking!

Great job on the sketch, and that DSP is one of my favorites.
Thanks for playing along with us at The Friday Mashup.
You know it took all I had in me to not use Butterflies..lol A Bat was as close as I could get to something with Wings..lol I'm glad you made one with Butterflies it's so cute. That color combo is perfect. Thanks for joining us at the Friday Mashup.
Lisa, Normally I'd be the first one in there using butterflies! But as I said on my post, we do lots of girly challenges and so I had to get in there with a masculine one.
I love what you've done with the sketch and yes that DSP is one of my favourites, I have an partially used pack and an unopened one in my stash!
Thanks for joining in on the fun at the Friday Mashup.

Oh Lisa this is wonderful, and yeah I agree the butterflies were a great idea, and that's ok that you didn't mash them together this week. Your card is perfect, and yeah that designer paper, is one of my all time favorites too. Thanks for joining us at The Friday Mashup this week.
