First of all... yes, this is a case. Sarah Wills is awesome. But this is a beautiful card, and I had to case it using Bliss set.
The quick low down: white base, black layer, white layer, embossed with framed tulips. I added a Cherry Cobbler ribbon with the new seam binding. Next there's a layer of black, with the edge punched, a layer of white with the big flourish stamped in black. Next, I stamped the butterfly in Cherry Cobbler and cut it out. Then I put a big kick of bling right in the middle of her. I used stampin' dimensionals to pop the butterfly up, and a card is born.
