First July Class; Banners Galore!

At the risk of sounding redundant, this class of banners is beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!  Each card features banners of all sorts with lots of patterned paper, and although each card has banners, each is totally unique.

You'll see the repeated colors of white, red, blue, and kraft, such a great color combination!

There are 8 great cards here for $20.00.  The class will be offered on July 11th at 4:00.
Check out all the beautiful cards that we'll be making and then mark your calendar and let me know if you'll be making the class.

Come join me on the 11th!  Or if you can't make it but still want to make the cards, let me know and I'll prep your materials for you and we can schedule another time to make the cards.

If you want to buy this set from me,  you can get all the cards, made especially for you, for $30.00

Please RSVP by the 10th of July.

I hope to create with you soon!

'Tis the Season, challenge 19 and Santa's List

Here's my answer to the challenge thrown down this week by 'Tis the Season Christmas blog challenge.

This blog challenge rotates through colors, sketches, and picture challenges, and it's so, so fun to play along!
I used Santa's List to make this circular in the center of the square card.  I used the stripes embossing folder to create contrasting stripes on my Gumball Green paper (how sad am I that Gumball Green has retired?  Hey, Stampin' Up... bring that one back!)

I also embossed a bit of green and sanded it up to create the bottom of the circle.  The sentiment in the set is perfect for this card.  I created a banner to put on the seam between Santa and the embossed green.

I colored in my Santa and added Pearl Smooch.  You can kind of tell in the pic (yeah!)
Inside, I added the sentiment.  So, so, so stinkin' cute!

Here's the sketch...

Ray of Sunshine, the Fourth (but not final)

This is the fourth card I created.  I do love the look I but I don't love the shadow on the one ray of sunshine, but it's a hand made card (and of course that happened on my last ray!)

This is just a bright, fun card!

Ray of Sunshine... part three!

This is the third card with the Ray of Sunshine set, and I love the quote!

This time I used the small curved rays of sun and used two colors and one of the rays is the Pumpkin Pie stamped off once, giving the lighter orange look.

This time, I added a few piercings on the front and no face on the sun this time.

Thanks for looking!

Ray of Sunshine, part two

This is my second card.  I decided to play with different sizes and colors of the sun rays.  I also added a loop of pumpkin ribbon.

I am feeling a card class with this set!

Thanks for looking...

Ray of Sunshine... Welcome to my home...

How happy was I when I saw this set in the new catalog?  I was super happy, let me tell you!

I am not sure why I immediately fell in love with this set, but I did, and it was the first one of my new package that I put ink on!  I love how this turned out.  In fact, I created 4 cards in the blink of an eye. I did use the same basic sketch on all 4 of them, but I changed the sentiment and something about each of them.  (There are 5 different "sunshine" sentiments in the set!)

This is my first. (I would like to add that when I searched Pinterest for this stamp set, no images came up with this stamp set.  "How can that be?" I asked myself.  It is a brand spanking new set so I am proud to get in on the bottom floor!)

Thanks for looking...

Second June Class, Make Your Own DSP

There are so many reasons why I love this card class!

Reason #1:  I made this DSP!  I will not shut-up!  I can show you how to do it, too.

Reason #2: These cards are super cute and super easy.

Reason #3: You can choose between the floral blues and orange set or the butterflies in purples and blue.
You are making 10 one of a kind cards, a general mixed note card set.  They are perfect to use for your own card-giving needs or give the set as a sure-to-please gift.

This class is being offered on June 27th at 3:00.
The cost is $25.00.

If you'd like to purchase the completed set of cards, let me know and I'll create them for you for only $35.00.
Please RSVP to me by Wednesday, June 25th.

I hope to create with you soon!

'Tis the Season, Challenge #17 and Wonderful Wreath

Here's the challenge over on 'Tis the Season blog... a photo challenge to inspire us all.  I have created this card:

I used a white base and added a brick wall embossed layer of basic gray.  Then a layer of white as the light inside my "window," a layer of velum on top of the white.  The wreath was stamped in Wild Wasabi (and pops of Old Olive, colored by marker) and cut out by hand.  I added the berries, red glitter paper punches.  I stamped the Christmas sentiment between the velum and the base.  I love the softness of it.

What are you waiting for?  Get over to 'Tis the Season and play along with us!
