I was looking at the Bootiful Occasions set and thought, "Oh! This would work with that sketch..." I actually started with the cowboy boot, but after stamping and cutting out two cowboy boots, I wasn't feeling it. I switched to the witch boot and pulled out some OLD DSP. I wanted to put the sentiment "Happy Bootday" in the circle, which kind of demanded that this be a birthday card. I thought, "Well, this could be a birthday card for someone in October." It's a cool card, but then I started to wonder if the recipient will be offended... you know... think I am calling them a witch. What's your opinion? Can I give this card to a friend with an October birthday (not my grandma, who does have an October 30th birthday). I'd appreciate your feedback/opinion! Leave a comment and help a sister out!
Other: 1 1/4" and 1 3/8" circle punches, glimmer brad
Thanks for looking!

Another great card Lisa! Love that you are enjoying this week's sketch & already looking forward to your next one. The spotty boot & paper are lots of fun! Maybe not suitable for your grandma but I'm sure the recipient will get a kick out of it. :)
I think it's cute and whomever you give it to should appreciate being thought of on their birthday. Only give it to a cool person who would recognize it's coolness.
Too cute! Love your choice of the dot paper with the dotty boots! Great coloring job and I think anyway would be honored to get such a "kicky" card! So glad you joined us at The Paper Players this week!
