I just love a good sketch challenge, and let me just tell you, this is a good sketch challenge!
I chose to turn the sketch, but you should head over to the 'Tis the Season blog and check out all the cards!
This card actually inspired me to use some ribbon scraps and bits up (you know how you just can't throw away a piece that is big enough to use, even if you don't know what you're going to use it for yet?)
After I made this card, I went on to make 8 more all purpose cards, all using and inspired by a scrap of ribbon from my pile. It's my form of spring cleaning!
What do you see when you see the sketch? Create your vision and join us in this sketch challenge!

Crazy About You and Hello You Thinlits
Here's another C.A.S.E. This one I found on Pinterest. I futzed with the colors a bit (trying to use up some old DSP).
I love, love, love this. What you can't see so well is the word "Birthday" in the Soft Sky stamped on the white layer of the star, which is actually under the orange DSP, which has the star punched out of it.
I'm think I am in love with this new combo of Crazy About You and the Hello You thinlits. Plan on seeing more of this very soon.
Thanks for looking!

'Tis the Season, challenge 39, a color challenge
You gotta love a good color challenge. The especially tricky part for me was this darker color. I first thought it was black. Then I convinced myself it was a dark blue. So that is what I used here. However, in my pictures, it looks black anyway!
Either way, I think it looks pretty stunning. I used Pool Party, Pacific Point, and Midnight Muse. I used silver embossing powder on the Pacific Point, and three different colored rhinestones.
Here's a close-up of the center snowflake... why, yes, that is double popped. Thank you for noticing!
So here it is, folks... my take on this week's color challenge over on 'Tis the Season. Why don't you head on over, take a look at what the rest of the design team has come up with, and play along! You know you want to!
