Thank You! A Card Class... Finally!

I am proud and excited to finally produce a class and get it on the books!

The class was born out of my need for thank you cards after Christmas. If you need thank you cards, this class is for you.

However, if you need birthday cards, well, this class is for you, too. Each of these cards would be perfect as a birthday card.
This class has 6 thank you cards. It will be offered at 4:00 pm on Friday, February 12th or 10:00 am Saturday, February 13th.  The class fee is $20.00
I hope to see you! Please RSVP by Wednesday, February 10th to give me time to prepare for the class.

Looking forward to creating with you soon...

'Tis the Season Sketch Challenge, Challenge 58

Here's what I came up with for this sketch.  I love it!

It's a great way to use up some fun scraps (I just can't throw them away!)

I added a layer of Gumball Green under the sentiment, stamped in Cherry Cobbler, added an espresso ribbon and three espresso colored pearls, and this card was done. This one would be an easy one to reproduce a few times, if you know what I mean!

Here's the sketch so play along!  Post your creation at 'Tis the Season and show us what you came up with. (And check out the other design team blogs!)

'Tis the Season Color Challenge 57

Here's my take on the colors given to us on the 'Tis the Season Color Challenge this week, the first challenge of 2016.

I looked at the colors and went with a Very Vanilla base and a panel of Tip Top Taupe and Pink Pirouette. (The taupe is a little bit darker than the color showing in the challenge.... shhhhhh.... don't tell!) It's hard to tell from the picture, but the taupe layer is embossed with the gently falling embossing folder.

Next there are three trees in vanilla and Regal Rose. Unusual colors for trees, I know, but I really wanted to use this new set of trees and the dies that I bought myself for Christmas!

So now that you know what I came up with, you should head over to 'Tis the Season and see what the rest of the team came up with, and then play along
